Almost forty years after the September 11, 1973, military coup in Chile, the march of justice continues for the victims of the Pinochet regime.  At the end of 2012, eight Chilean army officers were indicted in the execution of Chilean folk singer Victor Jara.   Last year eight police and military officials were indicted in the disappearance of U.S. citizen Boris Weisfeiler. And in November 2011, Judge Jorge Zepeda indicted a Chilean general and a U.S. military officer for the murders of Charles Horman and Frank Teruggi.  The mission of the Charles Horman Truth Foundation is to continue to seek and encourage truth and justice for Charles and Frank, and for countless other victims of the Pinochet regime, as the 40th Anniversary  of the 1973 coup approaches.   (continues)
